Description

If you have a lowered or air bagged S10, you might have looked under your truck at some point and noticed that the gas tank hangs lower than the frame. Maybe that's acceptable on a stock truck doing stock truck things, but if you want to sit low that gas tank is a (literal) ticking time bomb!

Our crossmember kit replaces the stock one, fits under the stock bed floor, and raised your tank almost an inch- enough to get it above the frame rails. We include new nuts and bolts for installation, since your stock crossmember is riveted to the frame.

NOTE: the front gas tank strap bolts will need to be re-drilled 1" higher on the frame during installation to raise the tank evenly.
